Very convenient location for us. Super helpful staff

Breakfast was included, however, on Sunday we had a choice of continental and Full English, but on Monday it was only continental...I felt this was poor.

The bed was not that comfortable, but what was worst was that the Shower and the en-suit basen drained extremely slowly meaning that washing was not straight forward. the water temperature of both the shower and wash basin was tepid at best and the cold water was not cold so we had to ask for a bottle of tap water for our second night. I reported these points to the staff after our first night but nothing was done or even reported. when I reported it to the manager he simply dismissed the issue. The other point is that the en-suit was physically dirty and our room had not been attended to during our stay.

Nice decor, good bed, liked the water bottle to keep bed warm, good decor, spacious bedroom, spacious bathroom. Good breakfast

Breakfast was supposed to be available from 8, i believed, but we had to wait until 9 go get cooked breakfast.

Good cooked breakfast options, spacious room, friendly staff

Very poor sound-proofing (especially given the rooms are above the pub) and the sound system was apparently glitching so we had music playing until 3am. Not recommended for light sleepers…

I like the location and friendly staff

For the price the room was very small and the breakfast paltry. Also the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, there was dried pilau rice everywhere.
