Good location for beach and shops

Not clean. Curtains soiled. Bedding was stained, throw was stained. Looked like a cup of something had been thrown up the wall and not cleaned off. Room was very hot. Other guests noisy. Said there was parking but only four spaces, all full. Had to park in a car park several minutes away.
