No gate access remote and that put us at risk since you have to wait couple of minutes before they open the gate.

Location was easily accessible. The guy who welcomed us was friendly, everything was on point . Loved it!

Firstly when booking on the platform, I was under the impression that the booking process included payment. Afterall my credit card details were required for booking. To my surprise the venue demanded payment upon checking inn. This confusion could and must be avoided. Secondly, having to rely on a communal microwave was a big turn off for me & a huge inconvenience. It meant that we had to leave our room each time we needed to warm anything up. The place where the microwave is stationed at, isn't exactly tidy. I didn't find the staff particularly knowledgeable. I asked for a wine glass and a whiskey glass, and I was brought a champagne glass. They didn't know where the whiskey glasses were kept. The venue must consider getting the staff a uniform of sorts sothat they can look presentable and neat. I also found it invasive for the staff to do their audit literally as the guest steps out the room. They don't open the gate until they have satisfied themselves that everything is in place. I found it offensive that I had to be turned back from the gate ostensibly because a glass was missing, which had not been given to me in the first place. Can they consider providing gate remote to the guests? There was no toilet paper in the outside loos.
