部屋は広々しており、日常では味わえないインテリア、さらに窓から景色も非日常のため、孫達はおおはしぎでした。

野球の試合の無い日は、管理人も不在で、施設に宿泊者だけというのは安全管理上、いかがなものかと思いました。せめて、チェックイン時刻（15時～18時位）は受付のいるほうが良いと感じます。

綺麗、設備も良く、広々としてゆっくり過ごせた 駐車場も近くて良かった

101に宿泊したけど、2階の方の子どもの足音がうるさく、もっと響かない感じであれば本当に文句なしでだった

Great location right on the baseball field, with easy parking if you have a car. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to prepare food. The living room is large and has a big TV screen, ideal for watching keeping up with the on-field action while inside.

Getting access to the room is tedious if you are a foreigner. 3 PM check-in isn't convenient if you are travelling and you want to finally "get home" to drop off your luggage.

The room is clean, easy to check in.

The floor is so cold.

Nicely decorated, feels like VIP booth if game is on that day.

Location / access is TERRIBLE. No nearby bus stops identified; walking to/from Miyaginohara station was a painful experience, especially in the rain with luggage; taxis are scarce, but even the driver had no idea where the property was, even when we pointed to the map .
