Staff stole my packages from Amazon....when I confronted her i was told to leave....

Staff and the local police were there constantly...

I didn't stay there. They put me up on the 3rd floor way in the back. I would have had to walk all of my stuff a long way. I am 63 years old. The young girl didn't offer another room, just said ok. There were scary looking people all around the outside of the building smoking and staring. Didn't feel safe so I left.

It was a great stay. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable.

Almost nothing.

It had a very very rude staff. I was there and the staff was very rude. I been trying to contact someone since 12/21/23 n I haven't got any response from the staff yet. Can some please see contact me once again 737-269-8816. Lashawn Taylor.

I liked the kitchenette even though we didn't get to use it. I liked the television size. I liked the closet area and that there were plenty of places to plug up chargers near the bed.

The elevator was not working and we were on the THIRD FLOOR after I asked specifically to be on the first because I'm disabled. The bathroom, while handicapped accessible, did not offer a means to keep the water in the shower so the entire floor was soaked after each shower. There was only one bed when I asked for two when making the reservation. THERE WAS RARELY ANYONE IN THE OFFICE!! The television placement forced us to sit on the bed at weird angles to watch. Dresser was broken so we couldn't use it. They only clean once per week.

This place has bugs everywhere except the first floor and refuse to refund when you change accomodations.

I liked that it was smoke free and that the towels provided was mine to keep and that the traffic was kept to a minimum and I didn't hear a bunch of walking around in/out rooms. There wasn't a bunch of kids making noise. And the best part of it was I never got woke up once with loud disrespect from anyone.

I didn't like that I didn't have a oven in my room I just had the stove top and it would have been nice to have the oven included in the room. I'm not sure if it would have cost more to have a oven but I do know that they are doing different things to improve the location and I did see a full stove outside one of the rooms so that might be something they are working on.
