Did not have good experience. Bad service and bad food. Overpriced. Location is the only benefit - close to pompeii. I do not recommend staying here.

A pool would be nice at this hotel. We arrived and the water that was out there was not drinkable. For being a 5 star property I had expected a little more. The room was nice.

Thehotel is in an excellent position, spotlessly clean with a wonderful dining room and rooftop bar. The staff were excellent David at reception was so helpful and service with a smile. The food was wonderful and presented with care. The bartenders in the rooftop bar really know their stuff. The whole experience was excellent. I think this is the best service and hotel we have ever received st the Accor chain. A big thank to all the staff who made us feel so welcome it was much Appreciated
