121 Motel

This place was a breath of fresh air compared to the Days Inn Rocky Mount that I went to first. The non-smoking room was actually not smoky. The room was clean. The locks worked. The sheets, comforters, floors etc. were all clean. Showers and told we're working and also clean. Can't ask for more for 30 to 40 dollars. As an added benefit, it's only minutes off I95 and the perfect night stop in NC.

The father was excellent but the son was not at all good customer service. Overall evicted me out saying I was cooking in tge room but i wasnt the only one. There was not no good hospitality

It was tough calling up the Hotel’s location on my GPS with the address given. Great location for a stop off I-95.

The hotel said they were no longer associated with hotels.com, & said you would have to refund any money paid you, but booked directly for $50 They were very kind and were sorry about the midunderstanding.

This seems to be a family operated hotel. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude. The place has over 150 rooms and looks abandoned. I booked a king size bed and upon centering I found it to be two doubles. I immediately went to the front desk because this place was horrible as it was and I wanted at least the right sleeping arrangements. I was told they are completely booked and have no king beds available. Keep in mind I said this place looks abandoned. There were maybe 6 cars there so, no, they were not fully booked of King beds. The pictures look nothing like the inside. Looks like a run down Motel 6 & to compare it to a Red Roof would be a very generous compliment. Dont make my mistake of believing I would get a bright blue room looking up to date and clean. I could not change hotels because it was non-refundable. The cleaning ladies in the morning do not have any uniforms or identification on them to associate them with the hotel. I got a knock on the door from a random woman asking if I was checking out. Very sketchy and disturbing place. Pay $10 more to go else where. TV connection only worked on limited channels because it would freeze or the screen would skip. If you can’t tell by the horrible experience I had, there was no point in asking them to fix the TV. I had to bite the bullet on this night. Shower had mold and it’s questionable if they actually clean the beds. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Go elsewhere. I regret not respecting myself and saving $10

One of the pillows had stains and so did the comforter. The towels and washcloths were dirty. The remote didn't work. We asked for new towels, front desk said they didn't have any. Moved the dresser there were small roaches running around!

Staff at check in was A+ Excellent great place to stay

An old hotel with well worn accommodations Quiet , good bed, management solved shortcoming . immediately with a smile. (missing TV remote) Shower and bath floor needed a good cleaning. The price was right for a quick overnight.
