Comfortable, clean, nice design! The breakfast was delicious. More than this, the host was really kind!

We had a lovely stay at the Mosswood Bed & Breakfast. The check-in is very uncomplicated, you can arrive as late as you want as there's only a gate code to get in. Our room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and large, with a massive shower and separate toilet closet. The fireplace is needed in the cooler months as the room gets chilly in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious - the spread looks small but that's just the sides, you're asked if you'd like eggs, and receive delicious yoghurt with fruit and granola, as well as crepes! The host, Rezne, is lovely and helpful, she's just a WhatsApp message away. She'll book you into the best restaurant in town (try the burgers, they're delicious!). Betty is caring and makes a wonderful breakfast!

The towels were a little stained and smelt a little strange. The room was very cold when we got there but there is the fireplace. The floor in the bathroom needs a little love and care, the tiles were oddly placed.

Very nice BnB, excellent breakfast, clean and modern, very friendly hosts.

Sounds and conversations happening in the next room can be heard quiet well. We were woken up by intimacy sounds happening next door.

We arrived at 5:00 p.m. as agreed, but the key was not left at the door and the owner didn’t answer our messages or calls at first. This B&B has no staff on site, so we were literally locked out in the cold until she finally picked up the phone. In winter (June), there’s no proper heating — just a small wood stove that goes out constantly and fills the room with smoke. We had to open the windows and sleep in the cold. Worst of all, there was no hot water, and despite calling and texting again, we got no answer that evening or the next morning. No apology, no solution. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. We’ve reported the situation to Booking.com.
