Lovely cozy little rooms, very clean, great value with breakfast included which was delicious…. Fantastic location a short walk to the sea front… Connor was an excellent host, we’ll see you again soon, thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Great location in the gay quarter. Excellent breakfast and waitress was professional and courteous. Would definitely stay here again

Bar closed due to staff sickness. A few maintenance issues need redressing in the Trinket room.... radiator rusty and needs spraying to match the furniture...no handle on inside of bathroom door, which also needs re painting all the way to the top.

Clean, beds were very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities excellent, was happy to get a jug of fresh milk, great breakfast, very welcoming. Quiet room on 3 floor. Excellent value for money.

Toilet didn’t flush well, and the shower went hot and cold.
