"Glad we didn’t stay any longer . It served the purpose of our visit . Won’t be returning."

Close to the train station and amenities. Value for money but did need some TLC. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Area was very run down. Rooms lacked maintenance. Tape over top of cistern to secure plunger. No plug in the wash hand basin . Black mould round the shower tray. Radiator covered in rust . Windows covered in condensation so didn’t allow clear vision. My sisters room had no running hot water in the shower.

"Blackpool experience"

Fabulous welcome, 5* venue loved the boutique themed room. Cocktail bar 🍹 had Fabulous vibe which is connected. Singer was excellent and finished by 9.30pm couldn't fault he Breakfast great choice & friendly service. Easy check-in & check-out. Great location 10 minute walk into Blackpool.

The environment was modern. The room was neat and well carterd. It felt homely and cozy. The staff was helpful as well.
