arrives à 21h15 nous n’avons pas pu rentrer le code reçu l’aprem par mail , nous avons essayé 10 fois , nous avons appelé 4 fois le service d’urgence on nous a raccroché au nez à chaque fois !!! HEUREUSEMENT la réceptionniste de l’ibis d’à côté a fait le nécessaire pour nous obtenir le code d’entrée ( merci à elle) sinon nous étions dehors avec la chambre payée et AUCUN SERVICE
Très bien situé pour se rendre au Luxembourg (15 mn max) et a 4 minutes du centre de Thionville . Prix très très correct . Proximité de grand axe je recommande !!
Point positif : propre, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux Point négatif : présence de personnes malsaines (prostituées et proxénètes) de jour comme de nuit
Presence de punaises de lit, vue t la nuit et avons été piqué, obligé de tous laisser dehors en rentrant en attente de tout désinfecter, en espérant ne pas en avoir ramené. Sinon hotel correct pour le prix payé.
Het inchecken verliep niet zoals hoort. Man aan de balie was niet vriendelijk, zelfs naar het groffe toe. Liet ons dubbel betalen en deed vooral geen moeite om dit uit te zoeken of recht te zetten. Dame de ochtend daarop was dan wel heel vriendelijk en hielp ons verder.
Assez satisfais dans l’ensemble climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien du tout et manque un sèche cheveux dans la chambre.
Vi ankom til den væreste getto, huse og biler brændt af og hotellet var faldefærdig, gavlen manglede og taget var faldet sammen.
