South Beach Place - Vero Beach

Great location by beach. Nice pool and facilities. Clean and great service.

The location in Vero Beach is convenient, but unfortunately, the management's business practices overshadowed the stay.

Hidden fees and unprofessional post-stay harassment. After departure, we received harassing text messages from management demanding an undisclosed $100 surcharge. Demanding significant, uncontracted payments after a guest has checked out is predatory and unacceptable.

Pool area was nice. Location great opposite beach and chairs provided.

Room was not as advertised. It said a separate bedroom and living room. This was false it was one room with no door . Also it said two beds , one in living room and one in bedroom . There was only one bed. Sprinklers came on at 4am it was so loud . They have a quiet policy after 10pm yet ignore it. Don’t stay here if value sleep . When arrived at 4:30pm was no one there even though it says hours open 9-5.30. Such a shame as could be so good but was so bad.

Great location, seamless check in and check out, clean rooms.

Only heat available was a small space heater, which was insufficient for the cold temps.

Loved the pool area and the garden area. Loved having sitting area outside our room!

No electrical plug in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, super tropical and close to the beach. We saw the sunrise both days. Beautiful

The air conditioning unit is noisy.
