Ubicación e instalaciones.

No se podía regular el aire acondicionado de la habitación y hacía calor. Es todo remoto, no hay personal en el hotel. Si no la tenes clara con el celular no lo recomiendo para nada. Sobre todo a personas mayores.

Amazing place

Muy buen departamento, que cumplía con todo lo ofrecido, espacios cómodos, 2 habitaciones, 3 baños y lo único que deben ajustar es el mobiliario para 6 personas.

Great location, the room was super spacious. Great to have a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Check in/out was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

TV in our unit only worked by casting from a phone or laptop. Would have been nice to have basic cable options or ability to log into own streaming accounts. Really the only downside as that was not communicated.

We secured the three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom apartment for a Thursday to Sunday stay. We were a group of three friends - each in their own bedroom, own bathroom. While we LOVED the apartment, we did not love the SUBPAR service. The 24/7 service is not that. We had some issues during our stay - internet went out (for 24+ hours), TV went out, no hot water in one of the bathrooms (didn’t get resolved before we checked out) and the shower knob kept falling off in one of the other bathrooms. Chat is the means by which you communicate with issues. Response was not timely. We were so frustrated and inconvenienced with the internet issue (needed it for work), I eventually found a phone number to Sonder and tried that route to get the issue resolved. After that call, maintenance came within an hour or so. For the hot water issue, maintenance showed up as we were leaving. This was even though we were told by the person on chat that we’d have priority for first thing in the morning. To me, first thing in the morning would be no later than 9am. They came at 10:45am. For the price point, my expectations of service weren’t met. Will I stay here again? Sure. However, I now know where my expectations should align.

Muy amplia y cómoda

Cuando llegamos había un poco de olor a comida , pero nada grave . Abrimos la ventana y se aireó .

muy bello departamento luminoso, espacioso, super cómodo, cocina bien equipada, hermosa decoracion, balcones enormes con vistas a la ciudad, lo recomiendo, volveria.
