Huge spacious apartment. Very clean with three en-suite and a separate toilet. Convenient to small supermarket beside the property and access to a shared pool. Great location for Lincoln street shopping and access to South Beach. Easy to get into downtown too.

The property was amazing. I was in town to watch my daughter walk in Miami Swim Week and launch her very own swim line. We will be back next year and definitely re-book soon.

Très grand appartement parfait pour 2 couples. À 20 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes de la rue principale.

Trop peu de matériel pour cuisiner

This was a fully digital stay (no reception) and it worked very well. You had to use the app on your phone to check in. Easy parking available. The room was HUGE! We were very impressed. About 15 minute walk to Miami Beach, and loved having a Trader Joes downstairs. Nice pool area on the rooftop.

Great size, great access to the pool, very comfortable beds, ice machine, in unit washing machine and dryer, access to extra toilet paper, toiletries, dishwasher soap and tissues.

The living room was dirty and even after letting the staff know they took 2 days to clean it up. There were not enough pots or pans and again had to wait for 2 days to get them. The chat was very misleading and we had to call multiple times. When we asked the chat about the parking it told us there is no parking at the location at first and then told us there is and added it to our reservation but did not get us the code for the garage so we had to pay for ourselves. Then we called about it and they send us the weong qr code so we had to call again to sort it out. We spent about 2 hours on the phone dealing with all of this which disrupted our vacation.

incredibly huge apartment. very modern. clean. kitchen had all i needed. staff was just incredibly nice! the lighting was fabulous. great hot water and pressure in the shower. seating at a small table in kitchen was very comfortable as well as at the desk. the location is very convenient and grocery shopping is literally downstairs. if you stay longer term, i think at least 9 days, you get a fabulous rate.

the sofa was a bit old. that was about it. oh yes, i had a chameleon in the room and of course freaked. 3 hours later, housekeeping came with a colleague to search. no luck finding the critter. Also, i had trouble getting the door key code to work when i arrived from Germany. fortunately, a guest gave me a hot spot to download app so i could use digital key. if you come from Europe and need wifi for your phone to work, this is an issue if the passkey does not work. if the guest had not helped me i would have had to go to another hotel. the Sonder hotel got on this issue and even sent a manager to site to evaluate lock, which got repaired. in the interim, they gave me a FOB so that i would not have any issues getting into room. just mentioning although it is not related to the hotel, the car that came for free with the booking would not drive me to hotel. they knew in advance how much luggage i had and refused in the air port. this was a major inconvenience after such a long trip with 3 large suitcases. manipulating in the airport was not easy and it was super hot and humid where you wait for car pick ups and taxis.
