Location great for city centre. Car park close by.

The lifts were out of action and there were 44 steps to reception. I have walking difficulty and found the steps very difficult. The handrail which I had to use was sticky and dirty.

Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed

No lifts, been out of action for a long time. Loose toilet seat. Hole in the wall size of a fist. Dirty handrails on the stairs. No suitable for persons with mobility issues as reception is on first floor

good location, super helpful staff

noise at some of the rooms face out to a wetherspoons smoking area (receptionist moved me to a new room which was so kind), mattress was old and pretty flimsy
