Beautiful hotel. May was very helpful.

Beautiful spot and facility. The staff were superb—very personable and accommodating. The location for park access was key.

The location is excellent! The hotel is clean, confy beds and dinner exceeded my expectations. Mae is extremely professional, caring and made everything to make our stay best possible. The hotel is near entrance 3 to the park and there is no crowd.

I believe the check in being at 10 am is too early although they kept our luggage for us.

The proximity to the lakes, the absolutely wonderful staff (in particular, Natalie and Mei), exceptional menu and a very comfortable room. The team went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. They also ensured that we had detailed understanding of the park and how best to navigate our way through the park.

It was very clean and people were very nice and polite they were very helpful and the location was very good near the national park

Objekt na visokom nivou, domaćin ljubazan i uslužan, pomogli su nam sa sadržajem i jako kvalitetan objekt. Sobe nove, čiste.

Vrhunski smještaj uz nasmijano osoblje dobitna je kombinacija. Hrana jako ukusna i za svaku pohvalu. Svakako se vraćamo.
