In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment via bank transfer is available for guests with a New Zealand bank account.
