Alhambra Hotel

The hotel has very nice staff who are very welcoming. Parking is very easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I really appreciate the security guard in the parking lot.

Hotel is a good place and safe to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a two-day concert event in Pasadena. After a late night, I went to bed around 2:00 AM. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 8:00 AM by a very loud noise coming from the laundry room, which was located right next to my room. The sound of the machines shaking and running was extremely disruptive, and I was unable to go back to sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response was disappointing. They simply apologized and mentioned that next time I should request not to be placed in that room. I expressed my concern that such rooms, located next to utility areas, should not be assigned to guests who expect a restful stay. They then offered me a complimentary breakfast coupon; however, it was already 10:15 AM and breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. I declined, as I assumed only limited or leftover options would be available by then.I wish the hotel had taken my concerns more seriously and had considered offering a more thoughtful form of compensation in light of the inconvenience

It was hard to sleep because the room felt stuffy even with the AC on. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Just a place to sleep. Since I visit family nearby, will stay there again. Nicer than Days Inn near by

Very large room, very quiet and lots of parking. We didn’t get to use pool or gym.

Whatever it was very good time when we stay the hotel! It’s happy times.
