Condo did not contain all of the beds listed in the description. There was mold in the bathroom floors and living area furniture were filthy and there was a constant knocking on the walls ALL DAY LONG (not sure if they were renovating or what but it was HORRIBLE). I PAID FOR A EXTRA PARKING PASS that was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t and no one ever brought it. When I called to complain I was told that they thought I canceled my reservations which was completely false and hung up on me. THIS WAS THE WORST STAY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN PANAMA CITY & I bring my kids every year. Will avoid this place going forward and will also be disputing the parking pass charge on my card!
