Aramanis

We absolutely loved everything. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Anything we asked for was no trouble to them. The breakfast they cooked every day was to perfection and we loved interacting with them. A very big thank you to Trisna, Iluh and Bara for looking after us. I can certainly recommend Aramanis Villas for your next trip to Bali.

I recently stayed at Aramanis Seminyak Villas and had a mixed experience. The property itself is amazing—well maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, and located very conveniently. It truly has all the ingredients for a great stay.

However, the service from the villa staff was quite disappointing and honestly unexpected. Their attitude was not in line with what you would expect in the hospitality industry. Almost every request—big or small—was met with a “no,” without any attempt to assist or offer alternatives. It felt overly restrictive, almost like being on a monitored school trip rather than a relaxing vacation. One incident that stood out was being charged IDR 100,000 for a teacup that was accidentally broken while making tea. While we paid it without hesitation, it felt a bit unnecessary and worth mentioning as part of the overall experience. With such a great property, improving the staff’s approach and making service more guest-friendly would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Adhi who looked after us is so incredible. He made our family breakfast daily and took care of anything we needed. It was so sad to leave him The villa is absolutely gorgeous, clean, well looked after, spacious, air conditioned living areas. Couldn’t fault it

Our villa was stunning, the decor throughout was beautifully designed and all staff went above and beyond each and every day. From the time we arrived, the manager Trisna was welcoming and briefed us on what to expect during our stay, acknowledging a surprise for myself as it was my birthday in the coming days (something I did not raise when making my booking). Our personal service staff Adhi was so friendly, thoughtful, personable and accommodating every day, nothing was a problem for him, his breakfasts he prepared for each of us every day were amazing and he truly made our stay that extra special, very attentive, the villa was always kept clean, it was a wonderful experience. Our gardener Wyan, also came by daily to maintain the poolside & garden area and his work was certainly not overlooked, he was always smiling and the pool was immaculate, any flower or leaf fallen from the above frangipani tree was removed. It was the small details from all staff that I loved and appreciated, you can see the staff value and take so much pride in their work. I also received a surprise birthday cake from the Aramanis team, quietly brought in by Adhi and served after breakfast 💛 i can not highly recommend enough 👌

Breakfast was a bonus, great start to the day freshly made breakfast to order. We could change the time to suit the plans for the day. The villa was very quiet with a great pool and beautiful gardens.

A little more privacy. Staff were pretty much in and out of the villa until mid afternoon which didn’t really matter if you were out for the day. Not so great if you just wanted to chill around the pool.

Had my 70 th birthday with some of my family there We could not have asked for more with the incredible staff for their cooking and cleanliness. My favourite il luh was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay there fantastic. Will definitely be recommending your villa. Thankyou to all that was involved.

The staff, particularly the butler was amazing and the property is bright airy and comfortable. Good air con. Spacious and tvs in each room with Netflix etc.

The property is tired. Stuff doesn’t work. While we were there the pool stopped functioning, the fridge leaked, the taps were all loose and broken. The microwave didn’t work, to the villas credit they did replace the microwave immediately and got the pool fixed within hours. We couldn’t use the bath because the faucet was broken, water went everywhere. We all got sick with Bali belly (not suggesting this came from the villa) and the kids soiled the bed. We couldn’t even get a clean set of sheets as they only have 2 sets and the others were at the laundry. The breakfast was boring and cold most days. Stingy serves with little variety. The pool has algae growing in it. The showers smell of gas, too close to the lpg bottles. The towels stink of moth balls, as do the sheets. The villa needs some maintenance. Unfortunately I would not recommend or return. It’s definitely not worth the money we paid which was approx $5500 AUD in low season for 6 nights.
