Nice property

I had been to the property 6 yrs bk and decided to go bk. But I did find a deteriotation. The toilets are not as well maintained . The seats of the toilets keep falling down. The bathtub was def not clean n not usable . I was told I had to clean it if I needed to use it! The other factors were good .

Large Villa with a lovely pool and beautiful facilities. Excellent service from the maid every day making breakfast cleaning she made our holiday l.

You are not allowed to order taxis to come down to the Villa to pick you up. The local taxis stop them at the top of the street as they want you to use them and a higher price then get angry when you don’t use them.

"Villa Kyah review"

- Staff were attentive and very friendly. The property comes with a butler who is there most of the time during the day to cook, clean etc. Komang (butler) was very nice and sweet to our 1 year old. - Location is very central. Only a few min drive into the heart of Seminyak. - Good amount of space. Can easily accommodate 6 people with the 3 bedrooms. - Good sized pool! Great to swim in on a hot day in Bali!

- The property is clean but needs some serious updating. Very worn shower head, paint flaking in many places. A fresh coat of paint and new fixtures (light switches, taps, shower heads, door handles etc.) would go a very long way to modernise the feel of the property, especially considering the price you're paying to stay there. - The living/dining/kitchen is all outdoors which is nice but not all the time! Lots of little lizards and insects!! - Some the rooms are far from air tight so sleeping at night, I was constantly having to apply mosquito repellent which became frustrating after a while. - We seemed to be charged extra for everything! Baby cot, airport transfer, late check-out. It wasn't cheap either! It gives the sense that their only focus was $$.
