Although it is well marketed and with nice pictures I wouldn’t book it again. Room quality can vary, overall the place is overpriced on all aspects. For people who aim at going to safaris makes really no sense to stay overnight, much better to aim directly to resorts much closer to the parks, which have definitely a better quality and a more authentic experience. The rooms were moldy, were smelling badly, noises at night were constantly disturbing and I could sleep only with earplugs on. Do not go, waste of time and money. Do not book activities rather than safaris with Africa Safari Arusha, they will charge a lot, for nothing. Once again, sorry for this negative note for Albert and Udda, they would deserve much better.

The buffet doesn't have much variety and I would say the quality also doesn't match the price. In my room no AC or Fan. There was a small water leakage of the toilet(?). At least there was some water on the floor. First time credit card payment was 3.5% additional charge. Second time it didn't work and I had to pay cash but they also didn't have change.
