wifi did not work at all

I love the layout of the one bedroom suite always very roomy as we travel with a black lab so we get the room we need it has all the creature comforts excellent shower… very comfortable bed

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times in the last six months. I’d requested a specific room and was promised it on all three occasions, but once I tried to check in room was not available very disappointing.

Close to shops and restaurants

One of our beds the comforter and inner sheets were still dirty from previous tenant. Had to bring them to front desk to exchanged linens for newly washed.

Room was neat and clean.

A fragrance is used in the cleaned rooms that is a bit overpowering. I did not realize that the bed and towels would not be changed each day. Most likely my error and it was posted somewhere.

The staff were very nice, very helpful. The room was nice, but needed a little maintenance. However, the room had a VERY strong cooking smell (Kimchi, cabbage, strong spices, etc.) which was borderline offensive and did not diminish during our 6 day stay. Fortunately, the windows opened and it made it tolerable. Breakfast was good and fresh.
