Sehr schön ruhig, gute Aussicht auf den Klinovec. schöner Garten

furchtbar laut knarrende und quietschende Wendeltreppe-schlecht geeignet für gebrechliche Personen und kleine Kinder. sehr befremdlich, dass man für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher extra zahlen muss. Das haben wir in unseren vielen D-Urlauben noch nie erlebt. Die Bratpfannen müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden!!! 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 6 Personen für eine Woche! Der Wasserhahn für die Waschmaschine war verschlossen, im Obergeschoß fast alle Fernsehsender verschlüsselt. Die Whirlpool-Wanne funktioniert nur teilweise und die wackeligen Gartenmöbel, die ihre besten Jahre vor etwa 10 Jahren gehabt haben dürften, luden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Es tut mir leid, aber das sind alles Sachen, auf die man als Vermieter achten und reagieren muss.

Super Lage - nur wenige Meter und schon steht man auf der Piste. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Kleiner Minuspunkt geht an den zusätzlichen Vertrag - sowas musste ich bei einer Buchung über Booking.com noch nie ausfüllen und unterzeichnen.
