"Ein guter zentraler Rückzugsort mit allem, was man von einer FeWo erwarten kann."

Es hat ein tolles Bad, schalldichte Fenster und ein sehr komfortables Bett.

Die Töpfe waren nicht so sauber wie erwartet, aber nutzbar. WLAN ist heutzutage unverzichtbar, es war nur 5 Minuten nutzbar, aber in der Ausschreibung steht ausdrücklich drin, dass keines vorhanden ist. Das wäre für zukünftige Nutzer ausbaufähig.

Sehr schönes großes renoviertes Bad. Wenn man heißes Wasser möchte, muss man das Wasser sehr lange laufen lassen. Bei unserer Ankunft klappte alles sehr gut, wir konnten auch schon früher in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man muss nur in der Nacht auch mit lautstarken Unterhaltungen der Touristen rechnen.

Zur Sauberkeit kann ich nur erwähnen, dass die Kissen auf dem Sofa schmutzig waren, sie wurden nach Beanstandung direkt gereinigt. Bei der Abreise wurden wir gebeten die Bettwäsche abzuziehen. Da merken wir, dass unter den Bettlaken Flecken vorhanden sind.

"Lage optimal, Sauberkeit mittelmäßig , Bettwäsche war nur für eine Person."

Unzweckmäßige Aufteilung des Wohnzimmers . Fernseh stand in einer Linie mit der Couch. Sehr unpraktisch, da Beschriftung Möbel nicht verrücken.

Ein paar Einrichtunhsgegenstände wären nicht schlecht. Bspw. Bücher, Stifte, kleinere Spiele
