La amabilidad del personal Me encantó que sean amantes de los animales especialmente de los gatos Lugar lindo! Piscina muy bonita

El desayuno no fue bueno ni diverso Me dieron una habitación que olía a desagüe pero le hicieron un tratamiento y después no olió tan mal

Me encantó este hotel es muy cerca de las letras i love san Andrés, el centro y el aeropuerto están también muy cercanos, Lydia nos atendió con mucha amabilidad , gracias a las chicas de la cocina y en general al personal que nos hicieron sentir en casa, la piscina y las instalaciones encantadoras con los gatitos fruna y tom.

las instalaciones muy bonitas, acogedor y tranquilo

Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación disponible, no sabemos por qué razón si ya estaba reservada y paga con antelación. nos remitieron a otro hotel por esa noche pero allá fue pésimo.

"Buena atención regular instalaciones habitación"

La atención de la administradora y del personal en general fue muy bueno, felicidades

Las instalaciones, el baño esta deteriorado y viejo, los inodoros son muy antiguos y la ducha esta muy dejada, el tv nunca prendió y el aire acondicionado falla... pode dentro la habitación y el baño esta muy feo

Buena ubicación cerca a la peatonal, muy buena atención de parte de su personal, habitaciones cómodas, cuentan con un varios servicio adicionales como alquiler de motos y contactos para tours.

Toda el agua es salada (incluyendo piscina y duchas), si tienen disponibilidad de habitaciones y quieres adelantar la hora del check in así sea por pocas horas te hacen un cobro adicional

"No vayan a este hotel si tienen bebés"

No me gusto, que tanto la señora jefe de cocina como la de recepción, se creían dueñas del hotel, con muy poca calidad humana
