Many positives: friendly and helpful staff, good location if you are passing through Bordeaux and need a stop for the night, good price, decent breakfast (but a bit expensive), quiet. Oh, and for +8 EUR you can bring your pet. This is critically important for some people For the money, you really can't do better considering all the benefits. Note: there seems to only be 1 staff working at any time, not counting the room cleaner. So there are times when you will see nobody to help, but be patient. They are probably doing some task, but they will appear in a minute or 5. They are kind and friendly, so be nice to them.

Good size room with large bathroom. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Only thing missing that would be good would have been a small fridge but no complaints

J’ai été obligé d’annuler mon séjour mais j’avais pris du non remboursable j’ai payé directement à l’hôtel par téléphone ils ont mis quatre heures à m’envoyer la facture Je reviens chez Accor car je n’ai jamais eu ce problème et au pire il me faisait un avoir je trouve ça anormal de payer une chambre sans pouvoir l’utiliser avec le petit déjeuner en plus
Good stopover hotel on a longer trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room. Good parking. Good food (dinner and breakfast). Close to supermarket petrol station to fill up for onward journey.

A well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel, idealy suited for a short stay on a business trip. Parking directly outside the reception area. Good breakfast available. All staff found to be friendly and helpful.
