Feels like a luxury hotel and all the services are available and room service is excellent

One of the parking staff behaviour was weird, he was not hospitable at all, and always comes to you like he was going to have a fight with you, the other issue is parking, if you come at hotel late at night after 12 am you will not find parking anywhere and the staff will tell you i don't know where to find parking that was a big issue.

Location is excellent as very accessible to go in souq waqif and other areas. Room is elegant and comfortable.

In the bath room 1 shower is working but the other one is not wo. Breakfast options better option food. You can add bath robes also in room as it will be helpful to guest. Hoping staffs will every time smile
