При позднем заезде нужно, видимо, звонить заранее, чтобы не стоять 15 минут у закрытой двери. Постельное белье в 4* гостинице могло бы быть лучшего качества, без катышков. Хотелось бы поселиться в проветренном и предварительно прогретом номере...

Room stank stank stank . The whole 2 days and when i spoke to them, all they said was there is a problem with drains. And i just have to get on with it. Very disappointing

Der Flair des Hotels ist einfach einzigartig. Es sieht wunderschön aus und der Innenhof mit Musik ist einfach wunderschön. Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs, besonders schön war es abends noch im Restaurant im Haus was essen zu können, während das Baby schon bettfertig war und im buggy schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück war super lecker - es ist vielleicht gut zu wissen dass es kein Buffet ist. Für hungrige Kinder muss also eingeplant werden, dass das Frühstück frisch zubereitet wird. Aber es lohnt sich. Die Auswahl ist toll und das Essen war sowohl abends wie auch morgens sehr lecker. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Einrichtung toll. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Ich kann das Hotel ohne etwas negatives nennen zu müssen weiterempfehlen. Föhn, Duschgel, Bademantel und Schlappen liegen auch bereit.

We loved the balcony off our room and the nice thick blackout curtains. The staff was welcoming upon our arrival and the location was excellent.

Beautiful, traditional building in the heart of old Tbilisi. Fabulous breakfast.

Exceptional service from staff especially Nino who gave great recommendations & was very helpful Ate at restaurant all 3 nights we were there as it was very good & outstanding service in lovely courtyard Easy to walk to most places
