"Great customer service"

Very nicely done hotel with attention to detail. Comfortable rooms. Vert good breakfast with a good selection of gluten free and lactose free items. Nice restaurant menu with great service and wine. Super great service by the receptionist who tried everything to help me charge my car in the garage. This is what I call 5 star customer service.

"Nice hotel"

Nice hotel. Free parking. Handy location of you have a car. It's a 40+ minute walk to the old town. Friendly and attentive staff. Average breakfast. Uncomfortable beds, 2 types of pillows, 1 hard 1 soft. Nice en suite with lovely hand soap, shower gels and shampoos. Free refillable water bottles in every room. Dispensers on every floor. The sauna and steam rooms were great but for a charge of €20 each use. You have to book. The gym is crap, 2 tread mills and a bike. No room for anything else which was a huge disappointment. Nice pool and pool area. Only given 1 key which was a little annoying.
