Die Lage war perfekt, Zimmern waren groß und sauber. Online-Check in lief einwandfrei.

Keine Mitarbeiter vorort, kein Rezeption. Reinigungskräfte sprechen nur Spanisch kein Englisch. Keine eigene Parkmöglichkeiten

Die Lage

Ich habe diese Unterkunft nur wegen der guten Lage, der halbwegs akzeptablen Sauberkeit und der grundsätzlich intakten Einrichtung mit 5 bewertet. Alles andere ist leider deutlich unterdurchschnittlich. Das Apartment ist extrem klein und eignet sich im Grunde nur zum Schlafen, Duschen und Umziehen. Es gibt keinen Platz zum Sitzen oder Arbeiten, keinen Aufenthaltsbereich, keine Lobby, keinen Pool und keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht direkt auf Hauswände, sodass kaum Licht ins Zimmer kommt. Zusätzlich wird das Duschwasser nach einiger Zeit kalt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig aus dem Gleichgewicht – diese Unterkunft dürfte eigentlich nur einen Bruchteil dessen kosten, was hier verlangt wird. Besonders problematisch ist außerdem die Parksituation: Parken ist praktisch kaum möglich, außer nachts für Anwohner. Tagsüber darf man nur kurz stehen oder muss auf teure Parkhäuser ausweichen.
