I liked the location of the property, it is the best thing about the property.

Felt a little small .. I could hear the person in the other room peeing.

Superb location. Clean. Everything worked as expected.

No elevator. Walls too thin, could hear everything from adjacent room. Checkout is at 11:00am and at the exact time, cleaning personnel knocked at the door informing of checkout. We were slightly delayed and were done by 11:10. But it is not nice and feels like you’re being rushed with zero tolerance.

Smelling not so good , the noise from staff cleaners , and you can hear everything from the hallways.

Great location and comfortable room.

At night the street below could get a bit noisy when people stopped in front of the window to hang out.

Casa Sofi is in a good location, and is decent value for money for that location. My room was modern and spotlessly clean.

Check-in is remote, and is very fiddly (Lots of messages, and the online check-in required lots of personal information which I thought was unnecessary and I didn't feel comfortable providing). You are provided entry codes for the main door and for your room, but I found the process cumbersome and annoying (lots of messages, when I was trying to work). My room was on the ground floor, so you cannot open the window to get fresh air (or open the blinds to get natural light) as there's no security or privacy- it opens right onto the sidewalk. In the shower it's not clear which is hot or cold, and the hot water takes a LONG time in coming - so you spend a long time trying to work where the hot water is.
