Viva Guest House

Kirk went above & beyond to meet our requests at breakfast, we were a family of six and there were no complaints from any of us, a great start to the day always freshly prepared hot & plentiful with a great choice on the menu. Our room was exceptionally clean & comfortable, quality bedding expertly made on a very comfortable bed. The en-suite was spotless with large fluffy bath towels provided. The whole house was a pleasure to stay in & a credit to Kirk & his staff.

The welcome was friendly and very professional. Kirk is a fantastic host and pays great attention to details everywhere from furnishings, decor and service. I have stayed in lots of hotels etc on business and I rate this visit up amongst the best. I really look forward to staying again. Excellent breakfast as well.

Wonderful friendly welcome, immaculate room with all the facilities you could need. Treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning with copious amounts of tea and coffee. Will definitely be returning 😊
