Everything about a good except the receptionist is bad. Seemingly just keep speaking to fast when explaining details when the phone line is broken. Not willing to show you how the access keys works to make sure you know how to a access different building that we have to trial and error to find out

"Great location, clean room and comfortable"

Good location, clean rooms with good facilities like washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Only complaint was need to have better video surveillance/security during the day. Had a suspicious person confront us in the street then followed us in to the hotel, unable to lock him out or get help. Went to staff and couldn’t get help/couldn’t see them on the camera which wasn’t good enough as they were now in the hotel.
