The location to where I needed to be at work for, plus the staff are always so super friendly

The room wasn’t clean - there were cobwebs in the bathroom and someone else’s hair in the drain. Plus the location of the room I was in meant I kept getting disturbed by those using the toilets

Comfortable and well set out rules with comfy bed, Nice bathroom. Good breakfast selection, and lovely coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Toilets on Sunday morning for the bar/breakfast area could have been cleaner as hadn't been cleaned from Sat evening.

We stayed in the Chinook suite and it eas beautiful. Original wooden beams, and original features which really emphasised and complemented the deisign of the room. Wonderful staff and just lovely service

Great rooms super clean but beds a bit hard and pillows very thin. On the whole a great stay in a perfect location. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Everything about it was perfect! Such a lovely little pub with a luxury room that felt more expensive than it was! Everything was clean and tidy and smelt wonderful.

The only thing was we had to pay for parking that was a short walk away but that’s not the end of the world.

Fantastic hotel, good quality fixtures. We had a great room with character (Chinook), however would not be great for tall people.

The parking is a bit of a issue hotel has not got own parking so have to stay in pay and display which is cheap enough or you can park in high street but have to move after 2 hours
