The service was excellent and the staff was very welcoming and so friendly making us feel right at home.

We wished the room had a full-length mirror mounted on the wall. The shower floor was also quite slippery since no mat was provided and the shower stall was small.

Beautiful decor, good breakfast, exception service.

The doors closing are very loud in the hallways and you can hear them inside your room.

Beautifully unique and really well refurbished old town house. Excellent location, lovely staff, good breakfast and really comfortable rooms.

It’s not wheelchair or pram friendly lots of stairs. Didn’t agree with €5 for a very small bottle of coke from mini bar.

Gorgeous hotel. Really unusual old building that has been beautifully restored & renovated. Great location in middle of Noto . The staff were fantastic.

The local was great and the service generally was good. The lounges were comfortable and the bar services were good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast experience could have been better. Half way through service most options had gone or not been replenished. However, the other guests were also quite messy and disruptive.

Beautiful location. Excellent hotel. We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely bonus.

The hotel was very placed for getting around this small picturesque town. The staff were very helpful in sorting out trips and recommendations.

There is no reserved hotel parking, as Noto is quite far way from most other places, so driving is common. This is handicap. Our room was pleasant enough but the lighting was terrible! It needs improving. There is no make up mirror in the Bathroom. Worst of all however was the noise. Our room faced onto the main road (Rm 3) and the noise into the small hours was terrible. There was also some sort of grinding vibrating machinery noise at very regular intervals all through the night. Then there was ? Kitchen noises and talking in the early hours, of possible neighbours. Three nights terrible sleep because of this despite industrial ear plugs. Breakfasts were ok but very spread out across three different rooms. This needs rethinking as it’s about frustrating trying to find stuff and it’s not user friendly.

Great hotel! Fantastic Location near Corso Vittorio Emanuele which is the main street . We had luck in finding parking in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice & helpful . Beautiful Noto !!
