The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was truly lovely with excellent food and a uniquely special presentation.

The only issue we had was the shower leaked, even with the door closed so we had to mop up after each use.

Prefect little hotel : staff, food service . Will stay again

The staff members were always willing, gracious and amicable. A most elegant and stylish boutique hotel. What a wonderful position in the heart of Noto and what a view!

Our bedroom and bathroom were both excellent and all the main rooms of the hotel are a pleasure to be in. We ate breakfast (good options) in the balcony room giving a view onto the square (and, because it was the Noto flower festival, onto the preparations in the street). The hotel manages to feel secluded while being in the heart of the town. The service was excellent, and friendly.

Not the fault of the hotel, but in case it is useful to other visitors, staying in the run-up to the flower festival is not a good idea. Several streets were shut and we had to park our car on the outskirts (the hotel arranged a shuttle to take us there). On the night before the festival proper, loud music was played throughout the town centre until about 2am.

Great location, staff, breakfast and room overall.

Rooms need doors in bathroom so beware it’s open with no doors or separation.
