Le confort, la chambre très spacieuse !

The location is great, cost is great- however , I have been many times, usually in a jacuzzi room- and the bed is great- comfortable and room very good. This time I had a king room and the bed was absolutely dreadful uncomfortable and the pillow were wrapped in pillow cases that looked like they had been used and reused ( wrinkled and worn ) not crisp from the wash. Also I came in late and wanted to just fall asleep- but the thermostat had been set at 24 and the room was a hotbox which never really cooled by morning although I adjusted the thermostat to 15. There was not coffee/ tea in the room which given the hotels entrance coffee was empty - was disappointing. Breakfast was also sad- some dry scrambled eggs and sausages. Usually such a good stay, but this time very bad

A little weird that they used Disposable plastic (cutlery, cups, …) for breakfast
