Bad small in the apartment, most probably due to heavy smoking in the past. Bed is old, uncomfortable, and noisy, with very soft mattress. Loud noise from the toilet all night long

The apartment is very spacious.

The AC unit was old and it wasn’t giving enough cold air . The doors were old and everyone in the apartment could hear the door when it was opening. A colleague’s bed linen and towel were not very clean . The communication with the staff was hard, had to send photos of my document via whatsapp and then wait a lot to receive the key code, also I asked some questions and did not get really the help needed , not sure if they did not understand my question about parking place.
