L'accueil

L’appartement spacieux, la grande piscine très propres et grande, et le personnel, spécialement Houdaa.

À notre arrivée nous avons eu deux mauvaises surprises : équipements insuffisants (micro-onde, machine à café) et absence de produits d’hygiène (gel douche, shampooing, liquide vaisselle, lavette, …). Par ailleurs, nous avons payé plus cher que le prix affiché après la conversion en DT: 278 euros au lieu de 265)

We booked this hotel 24 hours before arriving as our first property decided to cancel and so glad we did. From the minute we booked the communication was excellent. I got a WhatsApp message straightaway confirming our booking and offering to arrange a pick up from the airport, which we did. The hotel manager Mehdi could not have been more helpful. He sent me a photo so I could recognise him at the airport, which was so helpful. The reception is spotlessly clean and the pool is cleaned every morning. The staff were always busy and so helpful. I asked about washing facilities and they took it away and brought it back and helped me hang it out. So impressed. We got food at lunchtime, freshly cooked chicken and fish and all were amazing. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach and there is such a good choice of restaurants nearby. We went with Medhi’s recommendation of Da Noi and Sabrina’s -both excellent. Supermarket just opposite. The beach is only a short walk away and you have your own loungers and free soft drinks, which was good. We were really impressed with the hotel and the staff make it so special. We would love to come back! Thank you!!!

L’emplacement

L’établissement est clairement vieux et mal entretenu. L’humidité est présente dans les murs, ce qui rend l’atmosphère désagréable. Il n’y avait pas de serviettes fournies, pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre. Aucun climatiseur, ce qui est problématique en période de chaleur. Une seule prise dans toute la chambre pour recharger les appareils, et aucune dans le salon (sauf dans la cuisine, à condition de laisser la lumière allumée…). Le placard tient à peine debout, très instable. Franchement, ce logement nécessite de sérieuses rénovations pour pouvoir accueillir des voyageurs dans de bonnes conditions.

Une seule nuitée, mais hôtel absolument correct, avec une piscine très grande et appréciable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, à l’écoute des clients…une note particulière à la cuisinière 🥰, pour son repas de grande qualité ! Bonne position géographique.

Une Climatisation bruyante disponible uniquement dans le séjour et pas dans la chambre . Pas de connexion Wi-Fi dans les chambres.

Responsable très gentil et a l écoute chambre spacieuse nous avons passé un agréable séjour
