There was no one at reception when I checked in (around 9pm) or checked out (around 7:30am), which made it very difficult to pick up and return the room key. I called the phone number on the reception door and was unable to get through immediately. (I have to try to call a lot of times…) I would have liked to have seen at least a minimum level of support at the reception.
