"It was fine"

The rooms were clean and housekeeping was great.

The pool was full of hair! The evening staff were unaware of there surroundings. Very loud gossip about other employees and SOP’s. While I was trying to work in a customer designated area they were using it as a social gathering to talk about others and complain, very unprofessional!
