A localização da pousada é muito estratégica para quem gosta de caminhadas tranquilas para os principais pontos turísticos do Centro. A equipe é muito solicita com os hospedes. É um excelente espaço para ficar com a família.

A acessibilidade de alguns espaços para pessoas com baixa mobilidade é comprometida. O banheiro do quarto Santos Dumont oferece risco de queda para crianças e pessoas idosas. Pedimos mudança de quaro por esta razão e fomos prontamente atendidos por toda equipe.

Do ambiente, muito lindo e agradável, os funcionários super educados.

Das instalações. Ar-condicionados antigos, alguns quartos nem possuem, apenas ventilador. A televisão bem antiga e com poucos canais.

Do recepcionista, embora ele tenha que fazer tudo.

Da demora no check in, da limpeza, tinha baratas no quarto e cupim em cima da colcha, sem falar no cheiro de mofo, no quarto.
