"Once in a lifetime!"

The property was beautiful! Very remote and quiet. You wake up with sounds of birds and gorgeous views of the countryside of Italy!

I seriously can’t think of anything. The staff was INCREDIBLE. So accommodating and friendly! Shout out to our Waiters; Samuel (@ PS restaurant; a Michelin Star restaurant), & Allesandro (@ the other restaurant). Shout out to Michelle who helped us with check in- He had a giant smile on his face every time we saw him. Lastly, I ran into the hotel manager at the hotel gym and we had a wonderful conversation. It makes sense why all of the staff are so friendly; Raphael is leading the charge. Hope to be back very soon.

"Aussergewöhnliches Hotel"

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Von Anfang bis Schluss. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr grosser Auswahl an eigenen und regionalen Produkten. Sehr schön angerichtet in einem tollen Lokal. Auch das Abendessen in der Osteria war sehr gut. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Junior Suite, vorallem das Bad sehr elegant ausgestattet. Im Sommer ist es sicher herrlich wenn man die Aussenanlage noch etwas mehr nutzen kann mit Pool etc. Wir konnten aber auch jetzt im März einen tollen Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein bei der Bottega geniessen. Florenz ist nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt und a uch Siena oder San Gimignano, Lucca etc. sind gut von dort aus erreichbar

overall everything was great.

SPA visit was strange. everything was explained in too much detail that took too long. Also the so called casual restaurant was also very expensive.
