Stort/store rom og gode senger. Egne hagemøbler ved inngang. Stort innbydende basseng og grøntområder rundt Bungalowene.Kort avstand til strand og et par restauranter ved stranda. Solsenger på stranda med patrasoller til hotellets gjester var inklusivt. Egen Baywatch både ved bassenget og stranda. God service og hyggelig betjening i både resepsjon, frokostsal og Bassengbar

Theres a super nice Venezuelan barman at the pool bar.

Do not be fooled by the 4-star rating or the nice photos online,this hotel is an absolute scam. I booked this stay as a special birthday gift for my boyfriend, wanting everything to be perfect. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The hotel itself feels like an outdated retirement home. The furniture is incredibly old and worn out; it is blindingly obvious they haven't remodeled a single thing in 30 years. It is lightyears away from the, 4-star experience they falsely advertise. I paid extra for breakfast, expecting a decent spread. Instead, we arrived at 9:00 AM (with breakfast ending at 9:30 AM), and there was practically nothing there. No eggs, no fresh juices, and zero fresh fruit, only cheap, sugary canned fruit. They didn't even have empty trays out to suggest they were planning to replenish anything; the food simply did not exist. I waited for 15 minutes, but they completely ignored the situation. I immediately went to reception, handed back our breakfast bracelets, and stated we would not be eating there either day. I requested a refund for a service they clearly failed to provide. When we returned in the evening to see if management had resolved the refund, I was met with an incredibly toxic and hostile situation. I was literally surrounded by six members of their staff while a man; who I assume was the manager; aggressively mansplained in a rude, condescending tone about why I should like their terrible breakfast. They refused to let me voice my concerns and actively tried to intimidate me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely unprofessional, talking amongst themselves in Italian about me, thinking I could not understand. They refused to give me a refund under the lie that "since I booked through Booking, they couldn't do it." Booking.com customer service contacted them directly to request the refund, and the hotel actively rejected it. They are happy to pocket money for services they do not provide.

Op het eerste gezicht allemaal mooi en schoon. Het strand dichtbij was erg vies

Dat mijn man van 68 jaar tijdens het ontbijt is aangevallen en mishandeld door een andere toerist op het resort. omdat hij vond dat wij aan zijn tafel zaten en weg moesten. Toen we dat niet gelijk deden door de brute manier van de meneer in kwestie viel hij mijn man aan en knelde zijn hoofd af. Gelukkig werd mijn man door omstanders geholpen en kwamen wij met de schrik vrij. Omstanders haalde het personeel erbij maar die deden niks. De man in kwestie kon gewoon zijn ontbijtje gaan eten en zat er lachend naar ons toe verderop. Het personeel heeft niets gedaan en wij zijn eerder weggegaan omdat we ons niet meer veilig voelden

Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto kann man sehr viele traumhafte Strände erreichen.

Die Tische im Frühstücksraum waren teilweise reserviert (keiner aber anwesend) was zu Spannungen im Speisesaal geführt hat.
