Three House Hotel

It is a spacious one bedroom apartment. They provide fruits at the start of the stay. They provide croissant every morning. The restaurant good is delicious. They have a shared laundry which is really important to us after 2 weeks of travelling. We mentioned to the Reveption that the bathroom floor was slippery for my 82 year old husband. They provided anti slip mat the next morning. We were stranded in Madeira for one extra night due to adverse weather conditions and they provided us a discounted rate for our return stay. A very good experience. The location is very convenient too.

I didnt have any problem with laundry there but I cant help but wonder if there may be multiple families who want to use them at the same time ? Every waah and drying take 3 hours

Ons verblijf bij Three House Hotel voelde echt als een cadeautje. Vanaf het warme ontvangst en de uitgebreide rondleiding tot aan het moment van vertrek – alles klopte. Het appartement was ruim, modern en sfeervol ingericht, met alles wat we nodig hadden. ’s Ochtends werden we verrast met verse croissantjes aan de deur en begonnen we de dag ontspannen op het dakterras met zwembad en uitzicht op zee. We hebben genoten van de gezellige rooftop sfeer met muziek, heerlijke cocktails en de pinchos op vrijdagavond. De ligging is perfect en dankzij de tips van het hotel ontdekten we de leukste restaurants en de mooiste levadawandelingen. Wat het voor ons echt bijzonder maakte, was de oprechte vriendelijkheid van iedereen in het hotel. Je voelt je welkom, gezien en verwend. Voor ons een plek om naar terug te keren 💛 Dat was sneller dan verwacht 😉 Door het cancelen van onze vlucht moesten we last-minute iets regelen. Na een telefoontje konden we gelukkig meteen terecht. Het personeel leefde echt met ons mee en deed er alles aan om ons op ons gemak te stellen.

Great location, great appartments, very nice people, pleasant stay!

We loved our stay here! We stayed 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment (the “smaller” apartment) and it was amazing! It was huge! Recently new, spacious, king bed, walk in shower, sitting area and table, two televisions with many channels, small kitchen area. Lots of great amenities! Fresh croissants every morning hanging outside our door, with jam and fruit in the room and coffee and tea in room. Water bottle refillable down the hall. Free laundry (though it is in use a lot so you have to watch) and gorgeous rooftop with pool, great views and for those who do not drink alcohol they have an amazing mocktail - lychee berry. Yum! Walking distance from old town and sites. Free parking but we did not rent a car and booked shuttles or jeep tours mostly. If you want to be in Funchal and central and stay somewhere amazing without a car or with a car, do not hesitate to book!!

Loved everything about this place! We had an apartment booking and it was so spacious, lovely, king bed, walk in shower. Staff wonderful! Rooftop a bonus space with great views of Funchal. Location close to Old Town and next to the central market. Awesome amenities! Like fresh croissants each morning delivered to your door, laundry, in room coffee and tea. Love and hope to be back one day!
