Lokacija je izvan užega središta Osijeka, ali je blizu nekih fakulteta Sveučilišta u Osijeku, a to mi je bilo važno. Doručak je solidan, ali ne senzacionalan -- to se niti ne očekuje.

Stubište i hodnici su dosta pohabani, pa bi im dobro došla renovacija.

Der ständige Geruchs Belastung aus der Küche und kalte rauch aus dem Bar was überall , auch in Zimmern nicht angenehm war .
