The location was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and the apartment was very well equipped and clean. Large balcony

We booked the delux apartment but the beds were 2 singles. After contacting the manager they were made up as a double with a topper.

Dårlige senger. Madrassene knirkete knudrete og ubehagelige å ligge på. Kaldt om kvelden, ingen varmeovn til bruk i stuen. Ingen internet. Ba om tilgang men fikk ingen respons.

Logement calme, spacieux, facilement accessible, dans un périmètre sécurisé. Un balcon bien exposé. Bien qu'arrivés avant l'heure, nous avons été fort aimablement accueillis, avons pu laisser nos valises qui ont été montées dans l'appartement et profiter ainsi déjà de la jolie ville de Puerto Carmen. Une adresse à retenir et recommander.

The very kind and welcoming treatment from Beky and David. The location of the apartments is excellent, and they truly are a hidden gem. They also included many extra services, which made the stay even more enjoyable
