Gueldera Apartments

Location was good, room size excellent

We arrived and it was like a building site, we should have been informed well in advance about work going on, everyday we had men drilling holes in walls, chipping of tiles, cutting tiles, men on the roof across from balcony ( which was supposed to be secluded & private) advertised with air-conditioning but it was still to be connected, we were show around the complex in march and it was quiet & private, not what we arrived to, no-one should have been allocated this room or any other, we were told most guest go out during day, we like to chill out on balcony, some days it was so loud we had to go out, balcony was always dusty with the work going on

The size was excellent, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Location was perfect for our needs, and we would highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment was very warm at all times,, though air conditioning was being installed and will be perfect once up and running.

Exceptional apartment. Ours was No 21 a 2 bed apartment with terrace. We had our own front door, which was up a small set of steps. Great location at the casino end of the strip. Quiet at night. Fully equipped kitchen new appliances comfortable beds powerful shower plenty of hot water daily very strong WiFi. There is no air con, but there is a large fan. We didn't miss it as the windows could be left open securely and safely to create a breeze throughout. There is a large terrace to sit outside, which has the sun all day. Sunloungers, etc, provided. Very close to bars and restaurants and 10 mins will get you to the centre of the strip. Spar and other convenience shops just around the corner. We didn't cook in the apartment as it was so cheap to eat out. Great communication from Judit in the days before our holiday with clear instructions plus key code on how to get into the apartment as we had a late flight in. All in all, a great stay. We would highly recommend these apartments and would stay if we were to come to lanzarote again.

Great location. 3 minutes walk to the strip

There is playground at the back of the property which attracted local teenagers a couple of nights so noise was an issue. Lovely apartment for a couple and host was very contactable/welcoming but wouldn’t recommend for lone traveller due to playground at the back

Very well presented and stocked. Beautifully clean. Good location. Park at back a bit noisy at night but I had seen that on reviews and had taken earplugs so it was not a problem for me would definitely go again .

Location spot on, beds abit uncomfortable squeaky and double bed would be better. Apart from that perfect.

Couldn't get in the main gate at first someone had to let us in . And the beds .

The positives were property had everything we needed..washing machine. Kettle.mucrovave , large fridge/freezer, cooker & a lovely modern bathroom and shower. . I loved the comfy L shaped sofa too. It had excellent wifi there!!. And a large flat screen TV It was spotless!! We had the studio apartment which was quite large and a lovely sized balcony. Property is at end of strip so was very quiet at night but only few minute walk to shops & cafes and a large spar. Judit the host was super attentive and very helpful and sweet , she offered so much advice for places to go and called our taxi to the airport . THANK YOU JUDIT 😘😀 The tiny negatives were it was missing a full length mirror and a proper double bed instead we had two singles pushed together and tv had no English speaking stations .but we used netflix instead 😉
