Perfect stay for family and with great facilities and Needles views. Additionally, my son enjoyed soccer in front of Needles view room. Really recommened.

Great family stay over half term

Great place - very well equipped. Only slight downside is that the mattresses could do with replacing/upgrading.

Nice location, lovely view and great facilities.

Nothing to NOT like. Everything more than expected and kids didnt want to leave. Great place to use as a base then relax in the evening.

We found the accommodation to be excellent,it was very comfortable and had a very high standard of cleanliness ,the kitchen was compact but had a washing machine/dryer,fridge ,freezer and dishwasher which the owner had provided detergents and tablets for,there was also tea coffee and milk and sugar . The accomodation benefits from outstanding views of both the sea and rolling countryside. There are a few pubs situated less than 10 minutes drive in either direction which served very good pub grub at very reasonable prices. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you would like to enjoy a quiet relaxing break. The property is completely non smoking including the outside patio areas.

Just as the advertising said. Everything was quality - towels so thick and plentiful in particular. A shame the B & B side is ceasing but can understand that having young children it is very restricting. It will be lovely for families as long as its not too expensive. We had ideal weather which made it an extra special holiday in our Golden Wedding year. The breakfasts were cooked to absolute perfection and the staff lovely.

Enjoyed our all too short stay. Will definitely return when we visit relatives again hopefully later this year. Such friendly hosts & excellent freshly cooked breakfast.
